Philip “Phil” Fox

Phil Fox III, 58, passed away unexpectedly in the company of his loving partner Maria Colapietro on Saturday, May 30. He was predeceased by his father Phil Fox Jr. He is survived by his mother Jeanne Fox George of Endwell; daughter Kerri Fox (Andrew Bennedum), Binghamton; son Jim (Ashley) Fox Apalachin; granddaughter Emma Fox; sister Maureen (Bob) Sherwood, Cary, NC; his extended family Vince (Marlene) Colapietro, Vince Jr. (Kristen) Colapietro, all of Endwell; Teresa (Todd) Hoover, Geneva. Phil’s passions included umpiring, riding bicycles and motorcycles. He was an active member of Church of the Holy Family. Phil graduated from Maine-Endwell High School, then went on to obtain a Business Degree from St. John Fisher. He was a longtime Manager at Penguin Publishing.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at Church of the Holy Family at 10 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to Mercy House, c/o 3600 Phyllis Street, Endwell, NY 13760.
