Ronald Boyd, of Endwell passed away suddenly on November 8,2021 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by daughter Jaime Lee Boyd, parents Robert and Dorothy Boyd, in-laws Clyde and Audrey Landsiedel. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sharon, daughters Dr. Michelle (Michael) Augello, Ashley (Bryon) Wilhite, grandchildren Benjamin and Harrison Augello, Audrey and Charlie Wilhite, sisters Jean (Jim) Perlet, Diane (Steve) Church and sister-in-law Rena (Jay) Singer and many nieces and nephews. He retired from Penguin Random House, was a longtime member and former usher of St. Joseph’s Church in Endicott, and a volunteer at Meals on Wheels. He was a lifetime Yankees and NY Giants fan. Ron was able to talk to anyone as a friend about anything but would fill any lull in conversation with his quick one-liners and stories about his family.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 11 am at St. Joseph’s Church, 207 Hayes Avenue, Endicott, Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at church Friday from 10 am until Mass time at 11 am.
