Ruth Hester

Ruth Hester, 83 of Brackney, PA, passed away quietly on Tuesday, December 24, 2019. She was predeceased by her brothers, James, George and Joseph Harvilchuck and granddaughter Michelle Welte. Ruth is survived by her beloved husband Richard, her children Cathleen (Robert) Welte, Michael (Tina) Hester, Diane (Michael) Hudock, and her fifteen grandchildren. Special thanks to her caregivers.
A Requiem Mass of the traditional Latin Rite will be offered Saturday 10 am from St. Athanasius Roman Catholic Church, 406 Shady Drive, Endwell. Burial will be in St. Augustine’s Cemetery, Silver Lake, PA. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, Friday afternoon from 3-5 pm.
