Ruth Snover

Ruth A. Snover, 92, of North Reading, MA, formerly of Endicott, NY, died at Wingate Nursing Facility, North Reading MA on Sunday, November 26, 2017 of natural causes. Ruth was predeceased by: her husband of 61 years, James and her son, Robert. She is survived by David and Donna Snover of Lynnfield, MA, Gail and Jack DeCost, Winthrop, MA and Sharon Galloway of North Reading, MA; fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Ruth was an active member of her home parish, Our Lady of Good Counsel for many years as a Eucharistic minister and volunteer. She retired from the NYSE&G Company after many years working as the “coffee cart” lady, a job she truly enjoyed. She will be missed and remembered by many as a “kind and loving woman”.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10:30 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 701 West Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at church Friday from 9:30 am until Mass time at 10:30 am.
