Sheila Iacovelli

Sheila Joy (Krellen) Iacovelli passed away at home Saturday, June 20, 2015 early in the morning after an extended illness. She is predeceased by her parents, Norman and Isabelle Krellen, Vestal, NY and her in-laws, Guy and Josephine Iacovelli, Endicott, NY. She is survived by her husband, Guy Iacovelli of Apalachin, NY and Scottsdale, AZ; son, Jared Iacovelli, PhD of Cambridge, MA; brother in-law and sister in-law, Gary and Jacqueline Iacovelli of Baldswinville, NY; brother in-law and sister in-law, John and Dorlene Grassi of Fayetteville, NY; nephews, Darren Grassi and Tony Grassi; and several cousins who were very close to her. Sheila was retired from Vestal Central School District. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the American Liver Foundation; American Association for the Study of Liver Disease; Mayo Clinic Hospital, Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Phoenix, AZ.
A Memorial Service will be held at the mausoleum at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, 3997 Vestal Road, Vestal, Monday June 22nd at 2 pm. The family will receive guests at their home afterwards at 3 Cherry Court, Apalachin, NY.
