Stanley Makowski

Stanley F. Makowski of Apalachin, NY and Ormond Beach, FL, died Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Sebastian River Medical Center, Sebastian, FL. Mr. Makowski was a member of St. Margaret Mary Church, Apalachin, NY, a member of the Moose Club, Ormond Beach, an employee of IBM Owego and was a WWII Army Veteran. Mr. Makowski was preceded in death by his loving wife of sixty one years, Henrietta Makowski, granddaughter Jill Djuric and special companion Sandra Lloyd. Surviving are daughter and son in law, Dr. Judith Isaacson and husband Martin of Sebastian, FL., two grandsons, Todd Isaacson and his wife Katherine of Jupiter, FL, Dr. David Djuric and great grandson Adam Djuric of San Antonio, TX, sister Katherine Ambrosio of Indian Trail, NC, niece Jane Wotring and husband Peter of Wescoville, PA, nephew Steven Belaus and wife Deborah of Narragansett, RI, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main Street, Endicott, Thursday from 5-7 pm. Burial will be Friday, 11 am at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Justus, PA. Memorial donations requested to St. Jude’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
