Stanley Vail

Stanley R. Vail, 74, of Brackney PA, passed away on August 1st, 2023 at Athens Health and Rehabilitation Center in Athens PA after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was predeceased by his parents, Stanley E. and Elsie Vail. He is survived by his beloved wife, Andrea Vail, his daughters, Heather (Kyle) Pratt and Patricia Vail, and his son Michael (Melissa) Jones. He is also survived by his grandchildren, who were the light of his life: Kyleigha Pratt, Johnathon and Cooper Feringa, and Celso Jones. In addition, he is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and many friends. Stanley retired from IBM after 34 years of service and was a veteran of the US Army, First Cavalry Division. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, always ready to lend a hand to those in need. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 11 from 4-6 PM at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. At the families request, there will be no services.
