Stephen “Randy” Ayres

Stephen “Randy” Ayres, age 52, of Friendsville died unexpectedly Friday May 5th on his UPS route in Candor NY of heart failure. He was the Son of Charles “Chuck” Ayres and Barbara Levene Ayres, both deceased. He is survived by a son Connor, age 9, who meant everything to him. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Robin Ayres of NY, NY and Nicki Ayres Park of College Station, TX, as well as Nicki’s husband Bill and their children Katie and Sam. He is survived by many wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins in the Ayres and Levene families. The family would like to thank the Larson and Tierno-Allen families for their love and support. The family would also like to acknowledge the support all of Randy’s hardworking colleagues at UPS. Randy was a graduate of Vestal High. He was an avid hunter and dog enthusiast. We know he will be missed by many.
The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main St., Endicott on Wednesday evening from 6-9 pm. Anyone who would like to say a few words will be asked to the podium at 8:30. Donations in memory of Randy can be made to the American Heart Association.
