Thomas Vanwinkle

Thomas K. Vanwinkle, 54, of Endicott NY, passed away Wednesday August 5, 2015. He was predeceased by his parents Harold K. and Vivian M. Vanwinkle; Brother, Michael Vanwinkle; Sister, Linda Croft; and Uncle, Vincent Walters. He is survived by his brothers Jim, Steve and Ken Vanwinkle, several nieces and nephews and soulmate Lori Cooper. He served at the Southern Tier Installations for 20 years. Tom was a very caring, thoughtful, and compassionate person. He always went out of his way to spend time with his family and friends and was well known for his optimism and smile. He loved riding his motorcycle, kayaking, and mountain biking.
A Service of Remembrance will be held Saturday 3 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Saturday from 1 pm until service time at 3 pm.
