Thomas F. Wisniewski, of Vestal, passed away at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on Tuesday, July 9, 2013. He was predeceased by his wife, Caroline A. Wisniewski, a son, Mark J. Wisniewski, his parents, Bronislaw and Frances Wisniewski, and brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Mary Jane Wilson. He is survived by his daughter, Lynn Wisniewski, Vestal; son, Gary Wisnieski, Vestal; granddaughter, Ashley Wisniewski, Enfield, Connecticut; brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Marge Wisniewski, Erie, Pennsylvania; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David and Patricia Bohrer, Erie, Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Vestal. Tom was a retired I.B.M. Corporation employee retiring after 40 years of service, a graduate of the University of Pittsburg and a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 10 am. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home on Sunday from 2-5 pm.
