Virginia E. Pipher

Virginia E. Pipher of Vestal NY, 84, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2013. She is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Francis Pipher and daughter Susan. She is survived by her son David Pipher, her grandchildren Nathan Stevens, and Caitlin, Mary Margaret, and Will Pipher. We would like to thank all the loving care that Ginny received from the staff at Bridgewater unit 4A and the Bridgewater dialysis unit. There will be no public viewing hours and arrangements are being handled by the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. There will be a family graveside memorial at a later date. Ginny was a very caring loving mother, grandmother and will be greatly missed. She will be remembered for always having a smile on her face. She was a longtime member of the Vestal United Methodist Church and involved with the women’s society church groups. Donations can be made in her honor to the American Diabetes Association and the American Kidney Association.
