William “Bill” Kaufman

William R. Kaufman, 01/24/1944 - 04/05/2023, passed away peacefully following a brief illness, at UHS Wilson, surrounded by family.
He was predeceased by parents Raymond and Berenice.
Bill is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 57 years, Carol, his daughters Jennifer (Bob) Dalberth and Molly (Stephen) Berwald, his grandchildren Erin and Sean, a great granddaughter, Reese Kathryn, and a sister-in-law Sr. Marlene Weidenborner, OSF.
Bill was a faithful Roman Catholic who attended St. Athanasius Church in Endwell, NY. He will be remembered for his absolute trust in God’s Providence and for his wonderful sense of humor, and he will be deeply missed.
A Requiem Mass of the Traditional Latin Rite will be offered 9:30 am Tuesday, at St. Athanasius Roman Catholic Church, 406 Shady Drive, Endwell, followed by burial in Vestal Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bill’s memory to Blessed Virgin Mary Church and Priory, 2656 Warners Road, Warners, NY 13164
