William “Bill” Kilts, 71 of Vestal, passed away Monday, November 2, 2015. He was predeceased by his parents Edward and Lucille Kilts. He is survived by his beloved wife Barbara; two daughters Brenda (Chuck) Rocci, Morehead City, NC and Robin (Jason) Baran, Marlborough, CT; his adoring grandchildren Charlie; Taylor; Sam; Jayna; CJ and Grace; sister in law Sharon Wilkins, Binghamton; special niece Stacy (Danny) Marbaker and special nephew Scott Wilkins and great nephews, Tyler, Zachary and Ethan. Bill was retired from Gault Chevrolet, Endicott with over 50 years of dedicated service. He mentored countless coworkers at Gault’s and his integrity and dedication to customers and staff alike will long be remembered. His lifelong passion was NASCAR Racing, first racing and in later years officiating. Bill was also a former member of the BPOE Elks Lodge, Vestal. He was also a veteran of the National Guard. For the past 10 years his favorite place to be was sitting on the porch at Belden Hill Camp Grounds with his best friend and the love of his life Barbara and fishing every chance he could get with his grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. The family would like to thank the ICU staff at Wilson Memorial Hospital for their loving care and support to both Bill and his family.
The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, Wednesday (today) from 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the UHS Foundation, (attn.: ICU at Wilson Memorial Hospital), 10-42 Mitchell Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903
