Yvonne E. Lisi, died unexpectedly at home in Vestal on September 11, 2017. She was 70 years old. She was predeceased by her parents Yolanda and Joseph Salamida of Endicott. She is survived by her husband of 49 years Dr. David Lisi and her daughter Dr. Michele Lisi who resides in Syracuse. She is also survived by her brother Joseph Salamida living in California, her brother in law Richard Lisi, Annapolis, MD, a niece and nephew, two aunts, several cousins and special friends Angela Haus and Annette Simek. Yvonne was a longtime parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua church in Endicott. She served as Campaign Co-Chairperson for the St. Anthony of Padua 75th Anniversary renovation fund raising committee. She also volunteered many years during the St Anthony’s field days. For several years, she coached the St. Anthony’s CYO basketball cheerleading team.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 10 am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Avenue, Endicott. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott Friday from 4-7 pm.
