Margaret Cooley

Margaret Cooley, 87 of Vestal, New York passed away on December 22, 2013 at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Louise Tiffany, her beloved husband Paul, her son William and daughter Barbara Jean. She is survived by her daughter Beverly Sondej, granddaughter Gabrielle Dorman and husband Jonathan, great grandchildren Connor Kelly, Ani Kerjilian and Leo Dorman. She is also survived by her sisters, Helen Maitland, Marietta Potok, Barbara Robeson, Janet Sexton, Sister-in-Law, Mary Cooley and numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret was a member of Faith Bible Church for many years and has considered them her extended family as they have always been there for her in her hours of need. She loved music and had been a member of the choir. Margaret lived by her faith and was a self professed ‘hugger”. She loved people and made friends everywhere she went. She will always be loved by her family and many friends and will be missed by all who knew her. According to her granddaughter, she was awesome in every way.
There will be a memorial service held at Faith Bible Church, 1807 Hawleyton Road Binghamton, N.Y. Sunday December 29, 2013 at 11 am immediately following the worship service. Donations in her memory can be made to Faith Bible Church.
